Hazaribag: The tourist bus from Bengal carries 75 passengers to Bodh style in Bihar to meet the accident on the road on Monday night after it crashed into a stationery truck parked on the roadside in Danuwa-Bhanuwa Ghati at the Chouparan police station in the Hazaribag district.
BARHI SDO Nazir Akhtar said the impact of the collision was very severe that almost all passengers received injuries at various levels, many of them were serious.
He said the officer-responsible for the Chouparan police station had rushed to the place with an ambulance.
“The local villagers also helped.
All were sent to the Chouparn Community Health Center.
Nine has been referred to the Hazaribag Medical College and Hospital (HMCD) for further treatment,” he said, adding that some of them refused to be accepted here and preferred home to Bengal.
“We let them go after a written business,” he said.
SDO said all passengers were part of the 21st day pilgrimage to Bihar and Vrindavan at Uttar Pradesh.
“The police have won the bus after registering a case at the Chouparn police station,” he said.
