New Delhi: Even two and a half months after the Supreme Court ordered West Bengal to implement the law of real estate regulations (Rera) and conduct WB-Hira state law as “unconstitutional”, the state has not obeyed orders.
The organization that challenges the legal version of West Bengque real estate has now been written to the Ministry of Housing to overcome this problem, by quoting there is no hearing complaint of home buyers in the state since 5.
May in a letter aimed at the Housing of the Union and Secretary of Urban Affairs, forums for Collective Community Efforts (FPCE) said the delay in the implementation in the Rera in West Bengal caused great difficulties for home buyers and people also could not file new complaints.
“It is very important for the West Bengal government to take the necessary steps immediately to implement the Supreme Court’s decision and is a regulatory authority, appellate court and court and also to make subordinate rules and accommodate platforms for detailed project / agent information under acting, inside Letters and enthusiasm as expected under the Rera, “said Abhay Upadhyay, President FPCE said in the letter.
FPCE, which was previously known as the struggle for the Rera, played a key role in increasing demand to impose the lace.
Upadhyay has highlighted how the WB-Hira online audience scheduled to be held on May 6 and May 7 and the next date has also been postponed until the order further.
“Unlimited downloading causes great difficulties for home buyers because justice is postponed and those who consider submitting new cases have no place to go.
Limbo has created a vacuum of all kinds of complaint recovery mechanisms for home buyers in West Bengal,” said the letter.
