Gurgaon: The 25-year-old taxi driver was arrested on Friday for allegedly raping a neighbor’s wife in the 63a sector.
In his complaint to the police, Survivor said he fell asleep with his three-year-old daughter around 5am on Friday, when the man broke into his rented accommodation.
He lives next door.
The door opened and her husband, also a taxi driver, had filled CNG in his vehicle.
In his complaint, said the woman when he called aid, the man was clogged and pushed him down, bruising his face.
The complainant added that he also threatened to kill him if he raised the alarm, and then raped him.
After he left, he told her husband and rotated number 112.
The man had been ordered under it 323 (voluntarily caused wounds), 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) IPC at the Sector Police Station 65.
“The medical examination of the victims has been Done and the taxi driver has been arrested, “said a police officer.
