Nagpur: The Maharashtra cabinet on Thursday approved preparing a new civil court at the Nagpur City Saoner which will be led by a senior judge.
It will be useful for residents of Saeranna and the city of Kalmeshwar and a number of villages, the opposite must come far to the Nagpur District Court on the civil line.
The cabinet led by Minister of Finance Uddhav Thackeray also approved four regular posts for the new court along with three other staff.
It was also decided to transfer 15 staff from a civil court led by a junior judge to a new court after starting to function.
The cabinet also gave a nodding for the creation of new posts for the district, civil sessions and civilian courts in the Washim area.
The State Law Department has given permission to make 22 additional posts for this court along with the other two.
These posts will also benefit the good people from Manora and Kota Karanja Washim Regency.
All of these courts have been functioning since 2013 but faced the shortage of great staff needed to manage increased cases every day.
There are demands to appoint additional staff to reduce fat, according to the source of the court.
