Jaipur: The Child Commission began a conscious campaign against children begging in Jaipur from Tuesday where the teams of Nodal officials from various departments worked with various NGOs going to different areas and advising parents who forced their children to beg.
Sangeeta Beniwal, Chairperson, Rajasthan State Commission for Children’s Rights Protection (RSCPCR) describes the campaign, “Our main goal is not to separate children from parents but to make the latter understand that their children should not be made to beg for because steal their childhood.
