The car is lost in a few minutes, ‘wait for endless’ to fir

Ghaziabad: One morning three years ago, when Kumar Anupam – a resident of Gyan Khand in Indirapuram – woke up, he would be surprised.
He could not find his car that he was parked near the gate of the community.
It took Anupam to realize that the vehicle was stolen.
But what happens is then arguably worse, endless trials that take place for months.
The car can still be not traced.
“I numb when I knew that Altoku was stolen.
After a while, I turned 100 and then rushed to the police station to file a complaint,” Anupam said.
“I could feel that there was an accidental effort on the police not to file a wall in this case.
Instead, I was advised to wait until the next day when they searched for my car.
The next day, I received the same response when I arrived at the police station .
I survived and continued to visit them for a week, after that FIR was asked, “Anupam added.
He claimed that the police advised him to claim the amount of insurance instead of disturbing them.
He said, “The car has sentimental value.
I insisted finding a car but it never happened.
Finally, I was given a report that could not be traced, which I used to claim the amount of insurance.” Kavi Nagar Resident Naresh Sikdar’s Bike was stolen from a busy market Near Ghanta Ghar last year.
“In January 2020, I went to the department shop and parked my bicycle on the road when stolen,” said Naresh Sikdar.
“The theft was recorded on CCTV cameras.
Two men with their faces covered and needed less than four minutes to unlock a bicycle,” added Sikdar.
He met a similar fate at the police station.
Advocate Rajeev Ranjan Raj, a resident of Ghaziabad, explained the reluctance of the police at the direct inn.
“Recovery of stolen vehicles in many cases occurs by chance.
Police forces are not technologically equipped or in terms of labor,” he said.
“The police postponed a shootout especially because they wanted to avoid documents.
If they track the vehicle in 24 hours, it was handed over to the owner without a document.
It also saved them from the next field visit, which could last up to several years,” Raj added.
He said that because the vehicle was insured and even a complainant after some time claimed that number and forgetting the vehicle while there was a tendency from the police not to invest the time and energy to recover bulk vehicles.
