The car runs more than 2 toddlers sleeping on the roadside

Ludhiana: Payal Police on Sunday night ordered a driver after his car ran more than two toddlers sleeping on the roadside near Lapran, close to Jalan Katahari, on Jalan Ludhiana Rara Sahib.
