LONDON: The UK has reported 46,558 new Covid-19 cases, government data shows on Tuesday, which means the increase in cases between July 14 and July 20 reached 40.7% compared to the previous seven days.
96 people are then reported to have died within 28 days after a positive test for Covid-19.
As many as 46.35 million people have received the first dose of the vaccine against Coronavirus on July 19 and 36.24 million people have received the second dose.
