Pune: The Pune Metropolitan region recorded 4,415 Covid-19 cases on Friday, Tally maximum one day since May 19 last year when 4,557 people have tested positive.

While Pune City area added 2,757 new cases on Friday, the PCMC limit recorded 1,000.
Rural areas add cases in three digits (569), while the Cantonment reports 89 detection.
Daily testing rose to 30,231.
A total of 18,086 samples were checked within the PMC limit.
