Ludhiana: There are 18 more cases of dengue and 131 suspected in the district in the last five days.
With this, the number of dengue cases has crossed 100-marks this season.
The Ministry of Health’s report on Thursday night showed 103 cases in the district, 55 patients were in Ludhiana, 39 of Punjab Regency and nine other states.
Of the 55 district cases, 47 have been reported from urban areas such as Sarabha Nagar, Ghumar Bath, Gurdev Nagar, BRS Nagar, Rajguru Nagar, Civil Line, Town Model, Rani Jhansi, Jalan Ferozepur and Ashapuri.
In addition, cases have also registered from Kailash Chowk, Bhamia Road, Chander Nagar, Janta Nagar, Basti Jodhewal, Kundanpuri, Sua Road, Dohandari train station, Sandra Sahnewal, Baloki, City of Defense, Sant Nagar, Nadha Guardian, Railway Station 2 , Colony EWS, Haibowal and Shimlapuri.
Of the 859 cases allegedly in the season here, 805 from Ludhiana, 45 from Punjab and nine countries from other states, including J & K, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi and Haryana.

Epidemiologist District Dr.
