The case of murder of domestic violence rose in the district

Thiruvananthapuram: Nasila, 42-year-old woman who was allegedly killed by her own husband in Palode, was the last victim in a series of similar female murder reported in the district, where the defendant became their husband.
This is a case like the fourth reported in the district in the last three months.
Incidentally, all other cases were also reported under rural police regencies.

On August 26, a woman was killed by her husband at home during a domestic dispute.
Relatives revealed that the fight was common among couples.
On August 20, a woman was killed by her husband at Edaava during a fight.
Speaking to Toi, the Head of the Rural District of the Supervisor P K Madhu said that this unwanted trend came to his notification.
“For now, what we can do is urge the woman to seek help as fast as they feel the danger.
We have female cells that provide counselor services to hear their problems and provide legal guidance,” SP said, added that in all these cases, partners It has a history to fight at home, which can be a sign that will come danger.
The situation that leads to murder in Palode is also no different.
“Unfortunately, many have refrained from reporting domestic abuse or seeking help from the family, which resulted in their situation without realizing it,” said P K Madhu.
With the threat of Covid remaining, some activities related to the community from the police have not returned to the full swing because their main goal is still upholding the Covid protocol.
There is a scheme in the initiative of the Janamaitri Community Pemollers involving officers who visit the environment and even households and interact with individuals to study their problems.
This department designed a plan to launch the scheme with increased efficiency.
“We believe that many domestic problems can be overcome through good community police initiatives,” SP said.
Meanwhile on Friday, the police Palode received a letter, apparently written by Abduk Rahim, where he mentioned that he suspected his wife’s affair who provoked him to commit a crime.
The letter was aimed at the Inspector of the Palode Police Station and arrived at the post.
“The date on the latter shows that it was posted a day ago.
Which means he posted him while escaping from home after committing a crime,” said PALODE INSPECTOR C MANOJ.
Police on Friday searched the city for the suspect.
This was after they received a recording of a surveillance camera that suggested his presence in the city.
The last known location, according to the recording received, is caramana.
Rural SP P K K Madhu said that the suspect had made several embarrassing charges against his wife, who had not been owned by the police.
The main focus of the police was to arrest the suspect and took him before the law.
