New Delhi / Dhanbad: Three days after taking over the probe to the death of ADJ Uttam Anand in Dhanbad, the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) questioned the two accused of this case, which was sent to the 5-day agency detention.
A court at Dhanbad returned Lakhan Verma and Rahul Verma to CBI custody five days on Friday.
The CBI source connected with the probe said, “We questioned the two defendants who were arrested from Jharkhand’s Giridih.” He said that the agency had obtained a case file, record their cellular calls and their cellular location history from the Jharkhand police doors who investigated this case before.
The source added that the agency was checking the details of the location history and notes of their calls at the death of Uttam Anand.
The source said that the agency also analyzed the second call record accused of checking with whom they were related.
The CBI has taken over the probe on August 4 on the recommendation of the Jharkhand government and further notice from the central government.
The team sits 20 members have been sent to Jharkhand to investigate this case.
Additional districts and judge Uttam Anand sessions killed on July 28 after the becak automatically hit him when he was walking in the morning, and a case was registered by the police with a complaint from his unknown wife.
After the CCTV footage appeared, the Jharkhand government had formed a sit to investigate this problem.

The CBI supervisor of Police Jagroop S Gusinha from a special unit in New Delhi also camped in Jharkhand to investigate this case.
