New Delhi: The Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) has arrested two more accused of sustainable investigations in cases related to making insult poles on social media against the Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court and officials said on Sundays.
Five accused so far caught in this case by researching the body.
The role of members of Lok Sabha, Nandigam Suresh, and Amanchi Krishna Mohan, the two YSR Congress, are under the scanner in this case, and both have been examined by institutions in their efforts to explore a larger conspiracy, they said.
The CBI caught Pattapu Aadarsh and Lavanuru Siava Siva Reddy from Andhra Pradesh on Saturday.
Previously, it had arrested Dhami Reddy Conda Reddy and Pamula Sudheer on July 28, while LingReddy Rajasekhar Reddy, who lived in Kuwait, was arrested on July 9 when he landed in India, officials said.
“The body monitors his movements.
When he landed in India, the officers took him to their detention”, said an official.
“To investigate a greater conspiracy, the CBI has also examined certain people, including MP, EX-MLA and also continues to investigate into the role of others who are not mentioned in the FIR,” said CBI spokesman RC Joshi.
16 booked in Kaseas, as many as 16 people were ordered in the case because they allegedly posting content slandered against the judges.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has directed the agency to investigate this case and submit a report to it in a closed cover.
“Alleged that the defendant, intentionally targeted justice, made an insulting pole on the social media platform against judges and justice, after several court decisions delivered by the Andhra Pradesh High Court Judge,” Joshi said.
After registration of this case, the CBI traced 13 of the 16 accused mentioned in FIR on various digital platforms, he said.
“Three of them were found abroad.
The CBI has so far been examined 11 of the 13 people accused of above and captured five of them.
Evidence against six accused people is being evaluated for legal actions needed further.

During the search, burdensome documents were found, CBI spokesman added.
