Hyderabad: The investigation bureau was arrested by two insured from Andhra Pradesh to post condescending comments on social media to judges and justice.
So far, five people have been arrested in this case.
This arrest has gained significance after the Supreme Court’s comments on attacks on judges.
The CBI uses channels of reciprocal law assistance agreements and interpol to gather evidence from abroad.
Both were accused of being identified as Pattapu Aadarsh and Lavanuru SIKA SIVA REDDY.
They are produced before the judge in thunder on Sunday.
The CBI previously arrested two accused of July 28 which was identified as Dhami Reddy Conda Reddy (currently in court detention) and Pamula Sudheer (currently in police custody).
Two more accusations were arrested on July 9 9.
The CBI has registered a case on November 11 2020 against 16 accused and taken over investigations from Andhra Cid.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court issued orders in this case in 2020.
The original fire pubal was registered with complaints from the Registrar General of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
This case is listed under the section for criminal intimidation, triggering hostility between groups, insults and public damage.
“Alleged that the defendant, intentionally targeted justice, made a pole of suction on the social media platform against judges and justice, after several court verdict delivered by the Andhra Pradesh High Court Judge, CBI official said.
After registration of this case, CBI tracks 13 of the 16 accused Anxiously named in cases on various digital platforms.
Three of them were found abroad.
The CBI has so far checked 11 of the 13 people accused and captured 5 of them.
The remaining evidence 6.
The person accused is being evaluated for more important legal actions.
Also found that someone was accused of allegedly using a passport with a different name from his true identity.
To investigate a larger conspiracy, the CBI has also examined CER TAIN people including members of MP Nandigam Suresh, Ex-Mla Amanchi Krishna Mohan and also continually investigating roles other people who are not mentioned in FIR.
The action was also initiated by the CBI, after registering this case to get an inappropriate post removed from the social media platform, the public domain and many posts / accounts are removed from the internet.
