Prasagraj: Acting on the application transferred by the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) accelerates the death of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad (ABAP) President Mahant Narendra Giri, Judge Court (CJM) here on Monday gives custody to the body of seven days of making three accused, Including Yoga Teacher Anand Giri, Imam Mr.
Hanuman Temple Adya Tiwari and his son Sandeep Tiwari, is currently nesting in Naini’s center prison.
The defendant will be in police custody from September 28 to October 4.
The entire court process goes through video conferencing.
The CBI, which took over the case of a special investigation team (sitting) three days ago, moved the application before CJM to find the police returned from three who were accused of interrogation in connection with the death of Narendra Giri.
