The CBI looks for government sanctions to request official secret laws in the case of naval information leaks

New Delhi: The CBI has sought central government sanctions to request the secret of officially acting in a case of sensitive document leaks related to the acquisition of three intentional submarine hulls in the Navy and other related information, officials said on Tuesday.

The CBI has received the input that on August 16 Randeep Singh has been looking for “the main report of the meeting held at the Naval office regarding the procurement of three stomachs” from S J Singh, alleged FIR.
S J Singh looked for permission from the previous contribution from Randeep Singh before submitting documents related to the meeting, it accused.
Randeep Singh promised S Singh that all the previous contributions with a total of Rs 2.9 Lakh would be cleaned in the September 2 meeting, he said.
During the search, the CBI which initially enrolled a corruption case had recovered sensitive documents related to at least two naval projects after which recommendations were made to request official secrets in this case, they said.
The CBI mentions it in a special court during a bail hearing accused of Tuesday.
Last week, the CBI had submitted two charging sheets – one against Randeep Singh and Sj Singh and the second against presenting the commander Ajeet Kumar Pandey, three executives of Allen Reinforced Plastics Ltd and the company in addition to two pensioners were accused.

The company executives based in Hyderabad named in the accusation sheet were Executive Directors of T Shastri and Directors N B Rao and K Chandrasekhar.
The CBI has arrested six people – the two accused retired officers, Pandey, other servants officers underneath and two private individuals – in an operation that began in September 3.
The body submitted a cost sheet in 60 days since the first arrest.

The CBI must submit a charging sheet within 60 days after the arrest is accused of corruption, otherwise they qualify for guarantees.
The limit for special crime cases is 90 days.
