The CBI SPL court heard a Jiah Khan suicide case

Mumbai: Eight years after alleged suicide actor Jiah Khan, the case appeared to hear for the first time before the CBI court was special on Tuesday.
This case was recently transferred from the session court to the CBI court.
The court has directed prosecution and defense to debate their application again.
Among them is a request that was moved by the CBI who tried to conduct further investigation.
In a court request that conducted a trial based on charges of reducing suicide against actor Sooraj Pancholi, CBI said he wanted to send Dupatta used in the incident for analysis to forensic laboratories, Chandigarh.
It asked permission to send Jiah and Sooraj phones to the Forensic Unit, FBI, US, to recover messages.
In 2018, the court session had been framed against Pancholi for allegedly committing suicide.
Pancholi claimed innocent, after that the trial began.
The problem will appear on August 21.
