The CBI took interpol assistance, using a diplomatic channel for suspicious nabs in the US that slandered the justice

New Delhi: CBI seeks interpol assistance in securing deportation of two men who are currently believed to be in the US and desired in the case of posting condescending comments on judges and justice on the social media platform.
The agency also used a diplomatic channel in getting the two suspects – C Prabhakar Reddy aka “Punch” Prabhakar and Mani Annapureddy – in case after discovering its existence through blue notification.
The CBI also moves through a mutual channel for legal assistance (MLE) to collect information related to Facebook profiles, Twitter accounts, Facebook posts, tweets, youtube videos from Facebook, the suspects.
A CBI spokesman was informed on Thursday that the agency had an arrest warrant issued to both people and also filed six chargesheets in this case.
The six defendants were arrested by the CBI on October 22 from various places in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and currently in terms of justice.
The suspects not only made comments about the judges but also made an unpleasant statement on several court decisions submitted by the Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, the CBI said.
During the investigation, the CBI previously arrested five accused in July and August and also submitted five separate chargesheets against them.
With this, the 11 separate Chargesheet has been submitted against eleven accused of being arrested by the CBI so far in this case.
The investigation body has also examined Lok Sabha MP Nandigam Suresh and former MLA Amanchi Krishnamohan, both belonging to the YSR Congress, in this case.
The CBI action came in the background of the Supreme Court to express its concerns over special institutions that did not make enough in cases of slanderous judicial officers.
Previously in August this year, a bench led by the Chairman of India Judge NV Ramana Ramana did not have a priority for institutional investigations and that their complaints were harassed or intimidated not noticed even though the body was specially like the CBI was fulfilled.
The CBI registered the case on 11 November last year against 16 people and took the investigation of 12 firs from Cid, Andhra Pradesh, in pursuing a high court order.
The original API was registered with the complaint of the Registrar General of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
The CBI also has many approved posts and YouTube channels that are blocked from the social media platform and public domain.
During the investigation, a total of 13 digital gadgets including cellphones, tablets have been restored, CBI gets information.
The agency collects call details of 53 cellular connections.
About 12 was accused and 14 others were examined in this case.
During the examination, evidence of a digital platform has also been collected using digital forensic techniques.
