Nagpur: The CBSE teacher at Nagpur is working too much and burdened with offline / online combo sessions, claiming associations that represent them.
The CBSE staff welfare association (CSWA) said the teacher was forced to remain back at school for hours even after completing their work.
Deepali distributors, the founder of President Cswa, said, “Today himself, a teacher fainted on campus due to increased work pressure.
He then rushes to the hospital and is now better.
There are some cases like this and the teacher is afraid of going out and talking against management.” The association has received many complaints about school management mentally harassing the teacher.
“A teacher said he had to report to the school campus even for online class.
So, he had to go half an hour early and arrange everything.
The class was finished during the day, but they made the teacher stay back until 4pm, when asked why, The reason given is that management does not want the teacher to go home early.
And while in school, they are given no need to make them busy, “distributed.
The association has called for a press conference on Saturday, where this will be one of the problems discussed.
Distribution said, “95% of teachers at CBSE schools are women.
All the health problems they face are due to the mental trauma they are through.
Even if they show the slightest resilience of autocratic behavior, the teacher is threatened with salary deductions or even losing work.
“The district has encouraged the CBSE teacher court in Nagpur or anywhere in the state so that teachers have an official platform to increase their concerns.
While they have found sympathetic ears in the United States and CBSE even write to the State Department of Education, no one materialized.
All communications so far by authority and even the minister cannot be categorized as ‘orders’ to the State Education Department and, therefore, implementation cannot be mandated.
But distribution does not give up.
“I have struggled for every CBSE teacher, everyone who has no noise.
We want this exploitation to stop and will launch agitation to drive our requests,” distributed.
