Agra: The celebration of the wedding day ended with a tragedy for the family of Agra after 3 young cousins of a bride died in a road accident in the Etmadullah area, on Sunday, just hours before the ceremony.
After doing the last rite of young men, some family members along with the groom, Reena, moved to Gwalior where marriage was scheduled on Sunday night.
The deceased was identified as a hard Rathore, 20, pursuing graduation in science, Prem Rathore, 18, class XI students, and Ankit Rathore, 19, had completed XIIH and planned to receive a pass.
The accident took place around 12 in the morning near the Nunhai police post, when a truck hit a moped bicycle, where the three were riding.
Harsh and Prem returned home after choosing Ankit from Rambagh.
While Prem and Ankit died at that place, Harsh surrendered in injury during treatment, police said.
The body is handed over to the family after doing post-mortem.
According to family members, Harsh Pawan Rathore’s father, has “adopted” Reena from one of his close relatives.
The family has planned to go to Gwalior in the morning with a hard and other relatives.
But after the accident, only five members left for Madhya Pradesh.
Sister Samam Ankit anxiously awaited his brother’s phone call.
He said, “My brother wants to take the bicycle last night but my father doesn’t allow him because of his safety and ask him to go to his cousin in the car from Tajganj.
When I last talked to him, he would reach out.
However, I did not receive a call from him.
So, When I called his cellphone, someone told us to come to a place for an emergency situation.
