Kolkata: Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee released another letter to PM Narendra Modi on Thursday that opposed the “main force”, the center was trying to adjust to the transfer of service officials throughout India.
This is the second letter of Banerjee for Modi on this problem.
The revised revised design in the All-India Service Regulation allows the center to issue officers from the state at each time point without the approval of the officers or states where they can be posted.
Banerjee’s letter urged mod to withdrawing amendments and “asking” him “not to encourage us to a greater movement point on this problem to protect the soul of this large democracy and have”.
“The proposed strength to be captured by the central government, using over-centralization, will destroy the moral and freedom of all-Indian service officials …
(and IS) are not constitutional in front of him.
It will really make them and all state governments Forgiven the central government since the All-India service functions as the backbone of the state administration machine, “Banerjee said.
“It will hang on the head of each All-Indian service official like a damocles sword,” the letter said, adding it would “make fear of psychosis”.
