New Delhi: This center has notified the changed rules forbidding, import, stocking, distribution, sales and use of single-identified plastic items, including plates, cups, cutlery, and packing films around the candy and cigarette boxes.
The thickness of the plastic carrying bag will be increased from 50 microns to 75 microns from September 30, 2021, and up to 120 microns from December 31, 2022, according to the August 12 notification.
