New Delhi: The police have submitted a charging sheet of seven accused of cases related to the shootout in the Rohini court in Delhi where Gangster Jitender Gogi and two attackers dressed as a lawyer was killed.
The attackers, who came from his rival gang, fired a shot in the detainees of Gogi in the courtroom where a murder case was heard against him on September 24.
The duo was later killed in a quick police fire.
The charging sheet, was submitted on December 20, named Gangster Tillu and Naveen Bali, Umang Yadav, Vinay Yadav, Ashish Yadav and both of them died – Rahul K and Jagdeep Jagga – as defendants.
The police submitted the final report for violations under the 302 section (murder), 120B (conspiracy), 353 (attack), 201 (the destruction of evidence), 186 (preventing public servants in the disposal of public function) from the KUHP (IPC)).
The incident has occurred in the courtroom number 207 led by additional sessions Judge Gagandeep Singh.
