The Chhattisgarh government moved SC, a warning file in a graft graft against IPS officers

New Delhi: The Chhattisgarh government has transferred the Supreme Court by filing a warning against G P Singh, an IPS officer suspended earlier this week in cases of disproportionate assets and then booked for incitement.
Chhattisgarh police have ordered Singh in cases of assets that are disproportionately after raids in the premise by the State Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) and Economic Wing (EOW).
According to the police, the documents were restored during the raid revealed that Singh was allegedly involved in promoting hostility and hatching conspiracies of government and public representatives who had been established and ordered based on charges.
The state government has submitted two warnings through his advisor Sumerer Sodhi who tried to be heard before the order was forwarded by the court in a case related to the suspension of officers and in cases of disproportionate assets.
Singh was ordered under the IPC 124-A section (incitement) and 153-a (promoting hostility between different groups for religious reasons, races, birthplace, residence, language, etc.) from IPC at the Kotwali City Police Station in Raipur late Thursday night.
On Friday, officers approached the High Court who were looking for living in the state and EOW ACB probe in the case of disproportionate assets that nested against him last week.
Officers, in the petition before the High Court, argue that the action was taken towards him with prejudice.
Singh also looked for cases left to the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) or other independent institutions to ensure a fair probe.
Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) from Batch IPS 1994, Singh, which was posted as Director of the State Police Academy, was suspended on July 5 after ACB / EOW, on June 29, registering FIR under prevention of corruption acting in connection with disproportionate assets Allegedly collected it.
ACB / EOW, who brought three days searching around 15 locations related to Singh from 1 to 3 July, claimed to have found moving assets and did not move around Rs 10 Crore.
During the attack on the official residence of Singh, the torn paper was found from the backyard of the house.
When pieces are rearranged, serious and sensitive content found written and typed, said FIR.
“This paper contains comments that do not deserve to oppose the leaders of the famous political parties along with the conspiracy detailed plan.
In addition, the confidential assessment relating to representatives and different assembly constituency candidates along with comments about serious problems from the area concerned are also written on it.
The paper also contains important comments on several government schemes, policies, social and religious problems “, he said.
Likewise, Raid at the home of the Associate Singh Mani Bhushan is here, digging a five-pard document, where comments are written in English to public representatives, officials, government schemes and policies, he added.
The documents confiscated contain provocative content that can promote hatred and dissatisfaction with the government, said FIR.
