Mumbai: Head of Minister of Uddhav Thackeray on Monday warned that the second wave had not fully ended in the state and if the corresponding behavior of Covid was not followed, there was a possibility that the second wave could reappear.
Thackeray also said that even though the country has created a record to vaccinate 7 lakh people a day, it can vaccinate 15 lakh people a day.
“The second wave has declined and stagnated, it has not fully receded.
We do not know when the third wave will hit us, but see the rising crowd there is a danger that the second wave will soar again,” Thackeray said on the virtual inauguration of the center of the covid dedicated 2,170-bed In the Malad and Kalanagar Flyover built by MMRDA.
