It has become a control seat for many kingdoms and dynasties; This city may be new today but the area that surrounded it was very old.
Nagpur has become a focal point because of its geographical location, and the same significance is enhanced today.
The city continues to be one of the big cities on all travel and trade routes.
This is zero mile highway, crossroads diamond train and cargo center for airways.
With such potential, Nagpur in the next five years has luck.
The only thing that lacks city is an approach to integrating travel and trade links.
We have started doing it in recent years, but some important things are lost, one of which is an industrial base.
At present, MIDC Hingna and Butibori are highly associated with the Metro Line and thus this industrial land is underutilized.
For the next five years, we need to take important steps to bring Nagpur on national and global maps.
Nagpur has the potential to facilitate work trips.
While Mumbai acts as a gateway to this country for trade and trade, why Nagpur cannot act as an intersection to facilitate the supply of goods.
This can be a hub for meetings and conferences of all multinational companies.
Vision is easy to explain but it is difficult to do on paper.
Policy makers have now supported infrastructure development to relieve city mobility and transportation, but this did not have some potential developments that could increase the urban realm of Nagpur.
We have not focused on the development of several green bags, educational hubs, business districts, efficient workspaces, art districts, museums, interpretation centers and community parks – they all must be intended in the next five years.
We have expected that the city needs to be developed for and paced, but have ignored those who live here.
The city is not only a city, but home and identity with millions.
Lake neglect of lakes, green bags and proven inheritance.
As a child, my father used to take me to Raman Science Center, a park of knowledge that taught me the basics of science.
Today, in the internet age, we don’t have places like young people.
Nagpur requires a culturally active place for art and music.
The city has a historic evolutionary story built on existing man-made lakes, but today is ignored.
In the next five years, we need to compile a sustainable development model for all existing lakes that have kept the city living for hundreds of years.
Likewise, policy makers need to bring a sensitive approach to existing inheritance buildings, sightseeing and the environment.
The special development model for the area must be adopted.
Nagpur needs to develop identity not only to zero miles, but also the purpose of milestones, attack the balance between what must be built and what needs to be maintained.
