New Delhi: The Collegium Supreme Court has approved a proposal for the appointment of three additional judges as a permanent judge in the Gautati High Court.
Led by chairman of the NV Ramana judge, the Collegium approved a proposal at the meeting held on September 9 which was uploaded on the Apex Court website on Monday.
The names that have been approved are Judges Soumitra Saikia, Parthivjyoti Saikia and S Huatkato SWU.
In addition to Ramana, the Judge of Lalit Law and Am Khanwilkar is part of the three members who make decisions in connection with the Judge of the High Court.
