Jaipur: Nearly 900 landowners who live in Jadon Nagar (a) and Madhav Nagar are developed in the main location behind the Durgapura train station running from the pillar to post as the Jaipur Development Authority is not in the mood for the act of lease problems.
This colony is more than 35 years old and thousands of residents who live and civil bodies have developed roads, street lights and other facilities using funds.
However, in the absence of rent, residents face several problems including availing loans for construction, land conversion, home expansion and others.
In the past, many have submitted a memorandum to the minister’s office, but this has also failed to move JDA officials.
As Prashasan Sehro to the -2021 camps approach closer, residents have once raised the request to arrange the colony.
A resident said, “This colony was developed in 1985 by the community of housing cooperatives.
All owners have built a house in the plot and there are 100 percent residence.
In 2002, data records were submitted in the civil body.
After this, the survey was conducted in 2009, but even 11 years, the process for the problem of rental act has not been inching forward.
” The planned authority to obtain RS 46 Crore income after issuing 15,819 leasing actions to the owner whose homes are located in 142 colonies not approved.
Yadvendra Singh, a resident of Madhav Nagar said, “residents have been willing to pay the number of leases to JDA.
Infrastructure has been developed and resolves only simple technical problems, the government can get more than expected.
” During Prashasan Shehron to the Abhiyan 2021 (urban service area), which (JDA) is targeting to spend around 3 lakh rental acts for landowners who live in regularized and illegal colonies in their jurisdiction.
It will consist of 30% of the overall target as a state government plan to issue 10 lakh rental acts throughout the state.
