Bengaluru: Four Top Indian IT companies – TCS, Infosys, HCl and Wipro – Planning to employ more than 1 lakh fiscal freshers.

Saravanan Balalasundam, CEO of Han Digital Talent Consultant Firm, said onboarding as the proportion of total offers fell to less than 50% for IT service companies when employees sit in several offers.
He said the company took extraordinary approval to make higher salary offers quickly so that candidates get less time to shop for other offers.
“Some IT companies are willing to offer bonuses to join early and lock candidates in the second level role,” he added.
Sriram Rajagopal, managing the Firm Diamondpick’s talent solution partner, said it has increased 100% in salary for a critical role in the Cloud, Cloud Native Stack Developer (JavaScript-based framework to develop web applications).
“Among our recent recruits, around 100 do not receive offers and when we run the survey, data shows that this particular role gets a 94% salary increase from their current compensation.
There are outliers who can get more,” he said.
Rajagopal said those who had a salesforce certification order, S4 Hana and Snowflake premium were very good.
Even a good Java developer with Microservices in-Dems’s skills is very popular.
“We have seen Java developers with a five-year experience of moving from Rs 7.5 lakh to almost Rs 14 Lakh,” he said.
All of this will make it very challenging for IT services for rent.
But Siva Prasad Nanduri, VP and IT staff head in Teamlease Digital, said the company must be able to do so through a combination of campus and recruitment outside the campus, including recruiting people with one-year experience on the rental and deployment of the model.
“The company partnered with several boutique training organizations, and even considered contractual labor,” he said.
