Noida: The house of 51 guest houses from 18 people, including eight managers, was arrested earlier this week because of their alleged involvement in a sex racket, owned by a company that had a controversial relationship with BJP MLA from the Kanpur Dayat area, TOI was educated.
The three-story building (B-52) is owned by AVP Buildtech Private Limited, construction and business techniques that rent properties to eight managers according to the agreement.
One of the company’s directors is Mr.
Vinod Kumar Katiyar, MLA from the constituency of the Bhognipur Assembly of Kanpur Dehat.
Until a few years ago, Mla, he himself served as Director at the Company.
ACP-3 (Noida) Shyamjeet Singh told the Toi that the building was indeed registered in the name of AVP Buildtech.

We have contacted MLA but he denied having a relationship with the defendant and said they were not aware of the activities that occur there.

“When contacted, MLA said that the company only provided a rental property to tenants and was not aware of the activity.
“The property has been rented around three months ago.
The company won’t know what these people have done inside.
Some people do something wrong and have been imprisoned.
In addition, I resigned from the company four years ago.
“Previously, in 2019, the economic wing of Police Delhi (EOW) filed a brilliant officer against five directors of the company and MLA for allegedly deceiving investors from the company’s real estate projects.
Toi reported in January 2019 that the company was accused of posting “AVP Orchard” housing projects on the land lane in Noida.
“Induced by advertisements, some investors approached the company in the office registered in Delhi.
Then, Katiyar and his colleague Sanjeev Abrol has introduced himself as the company’s official representative along with others and presents a reddish picture during negotiations,” according to the FIOW.
The defendant also promised to complete the project in May 2014, the word complainant.
Buyers are asked to pay different amounts as part of installments.
In 2014, they had paid 95%, however, during verification, it was found that only half of the complete project.
