Kanpur: The body of the Inter College manager and his wife was found in their home in the Naveen Basti area in Bidhuna on Wednesday morning.
The incident was revealed after a school employee arrived as usual at home to get a milk container.
Even though repeating a knock when the entrance gate was not opened for a long time, he told the villagers, who told the police.
The gate behind the school was found open.
The police were investigating and suspecting this case was murder.
The forensic team also reaches the place.
Their body was found lying in one of the rooms on Wednesday morning, the police said.
SP Abhishek Verma said, “It was suspected that the old couple was strangled to death.
However, the exact reason for their death would be known only after we received a post-mortem report.
We are checking CCTV recordings installed on campus”.
