New Delhi: Delhi High Court on Wednesday said it was the misfortune of the public that hospitals 100 beds in the Najafgarh City area were not completed because of the sluggish approach from the Delhi government in processing the opening of the forest regardless of the center of writing for it.
The chairman of Judge DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh gave the Delhi government to submit a reply to the petition and show “the most impossible time” where permission / sanctions, as required by the Law Center, will indeed and post a problem to hear on November 8 The bench is listening to litigation of public interest by Rajesh Kaushik, a lawyer, looking for directions to two governments to complete the formation of hospitals at the rural health training center in Najesh in South West Delhi.
“Do something so that the construction is complete.
You can say no but don’t sit tight.
You decide according to the law,” Bench said.
“This is the misfortune of the wider community that hospitals 100 beds cannot be resolved because of the sluggish approach to the part of the Government of Delhi.
India’s unity is a letter of writing after a letter and there is no answer given by the Delhi Government.
There are no calculations that have been proposed (by the government Delhi), “said the bench.
Anurag Advocacy Ahluwalia, appeared for the center, told the court that the project was 80% finished and was awaiting permission from the Delhi Government Forest Department since December 2018 because the site requires sanctions for “tree transplants”.
The petition filed through lawyer Sameer Chandra said that the building structure stood finished, and it was “very important for the public in general” that hospital began to run before the third wave of Covid-19.
The request said there was no good hospital in the area and the establishment of 100 bed facilities would “meet the needs of 15 lakh spread across 73 villages within a 10 km radius.” The problem will be heard next on November 8.
