Ludhiana: The Board of Engineering (CoE) has approached the Governor of Punjab Banwari Lal Purohit for the direction of the Head of Secretary to transfer Commissioner of Pradeep Kumar Sabharwal and Surinder Planner City of Bindra Municipal City and to conduct an independent investigation in what is described as a complete failure of the state government in soaring illegal buildings in Ludhiana.

The Mohit Jain engineer told that the city commissioner and the city city planner even failed to act on the encroachment of land in the Chaura Bazar Ludhiana.
