Mumbai: Maharashtra reported 6,061 new Coronavirus cases and 128 deaths on Saturday which took the insults of state infection to 63.47,820 and the death toll became 1,33,845, said a health department official.
A total of 9,356 patients were removed from the hospital, pushing the amount of recovery to 61.39,493.
Maharashtra has 71,050 active Coronavirus cases now.
4,31,539 people were in the quarantine of the house and 2,761 were in the institutional quarantine.
The state recovery rate is 96.72 percent, while the mortality rate is 2.1 percent.
The number of Coronavirus tests conducted in this country rose to 4.93.72.212 with 1,99,681 samples tested since Friday night.
The Pune region reported 2,304 new infections on Saturday, followed by 1,652 cases in the Kolhapur region.
The Mumbai region reported 851 new cases, Nashik Region 905, Latur 219 Region, Aurangabad 66 region, Akola 42 and the Nagpur region recorded 22 new infections.
Of the 128 fatalities recorded during the day, the highest 45 deaths were reported from the Pune region, followed by 39 of the Kolhapur and 21 regions of the Nashik region.
The Mumbai region reported 12 deaths, Aurangabad Four, Five Five even though the Nagpur region reported two deaths.
The Akola area did not report new deaths.
Mumbai City reported 851 new Covid-19 cases and 12 deaths during the day.
