The court also ordered the Secretary of the Head of State to preserve the correspondence of special branches / intelligence branches from state police and different control room logs on alleged violence after the polls.
It further said that the entire material from May 2 to the date was stored in a sealed cover signed by the committee member, immediately.
Every hose or delay in this problem will invite adverse inference, the judges warn.
The High Court has been on June 18, directed NHRC to establish a committee to examine all cases in connection with alleged violations of human rights during violence after the poll in West Bengal.
