Panaji: Chairman of the Minister of Pramod Sawant said on Tuesday that the state government would “positively consider” proposal for the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) to start physical classes for students.

“Students above 18 have taken Covid vaccines, and the government can positively consider proposals to start universities,” he said.
