Hanamkonda: The pair of Fund Agent Chit was arrested with regard to the arrangement of the cellular repair shop owner on Friday night.
In the Tip Off, the couple accused of Godugu Ganesh and Kavya were detained from Kashibugga Cross Roads in the Enumamula Agricultural Market area on Saturday.
According to the Commissioner of the Police, Tarun Joshi, who worked in Achala Chit Funds Private Limited, asked Pittala Raju, owner of a cellular repair shop, to invest RS 5 lakh in the company.
However, when two checks bounced, Raju went to Ganesh’s house and was involved in a fight with him.
On Friday, the couple went to Raju’s shop and burned it for revenge.
