The couple was killed in an accident near Amritsar

Amritsar: The couple died while two people were injured in an accident in the village of Sohian Kalan near Amritsar on Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as narapepal Singh and his wife Supret Kaur while Akashdeep Singh and Arvind Singh were injured.
A total of twenty students from a van school which turn unexpectedly caused an accident between Alto cars and taken to have a narrow escape.
The couple who came from Rajori, Jammu and Kashmir, were on their way home Alto after paying respect at the Golden Temple.
According to the police report, a van school went to school with around two dozen students but when they reached Kalan Sohian, the driver of the van suddenly took a turn, a tanker behind the van applied the emergency brake but lost his balance and crossed the divider, and crashed Alto car.
Narinder Singh who drove a dead car in a place while his wife Supret Kaur was inhaled his last in a private hospital driver van escaped from the site.
According to a preliminary report, Narinder Singh and his wife had come to Amritsar to pay respect at the Golden Temple and they were returning home.
The police have also restored parsad and holy water from the car.
