Ayodhya: A Civil Lawsuit has been submitted against the Secretary of the RAM Temple of Champat Rai in the Faizabad District Court by Kashi Seer, Shankaracharya Avi Mukteshwarand, and Shiv Sena Leader Santosh Dubey, looking for a scrapping from a selling deed of 30,830 years from 350 years of Ram Mandir FakiRe, adjacent to RamjanMabhoomi , citing God’s ownership.
The intended land has been purchased by RAM Temple Trust for RS 3.71crore on March 27, the day after the mutation was ordered for the sake of Mahant Raghuvar Sharan by the sub-district judge, aware of tehsil.
On Thursday, Faizabad civilian judge, Senior Division, Sanjeev Tripathi, issued a notice to Chelampat Rai, Mahant Raghuvar Sharan, who sold the temple to Trust, Imam Kripa Shankar Das and Protector of Ram Kishor Singh.
