The court declared a param of the singh beer ‘proclaimed the perpetrators’

Mumbai: The Judge Court here on Wednesday declared former Police Commissioner Mumbai Param Bir Singh a “proclaimed the perpetrator” in a case of extortion registered against him and several other police officers in the city.
Singh last attended his office in May this year after that he went on leave.
The State Police told the Bombay High Court last month that his existence was unknown.
Mumbai Police Crime Branch, who investigated extortion cases, has been seeking proclamation against him, by saying that IPS officers cannot be traced even after the issuance of an unstrangeable warrant.
Under Section 82 of the criminal code procedure, the court can publish the demanding proclamation accused if the warrant issued to it cannot be executed.
In accordance with Section 83, after issuing such a proclamation, the court can also order the attachment of the proclaimed actor’s property.
Former Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Waze was also accused of this case, registered at the Goregaon police station in the city.
In addition to Param Bir Singh, co-accused Vinay Singh and Riyaz Bhatti was also declared a violation proclaimed by the addition of Metropolitan Magistrate S B Bhajipale on Wednesday.
Bim agrawal, a real estate developer and Hoteler, has alleged that the defendant extorted Rs 9 Lakh from him for not carrying out an attack on the two bars and restaurants he carried in a partnership, and also forced him to buy two smartphones for around their RS 2.92 lakh.
The incident occurred between January 2020 and March 2021, which he claimed.
Following his complaint, a case was submitted under the Indian Criminal Code section 384 and 385 (both related to extortion) and 34 (general intentions) against six accused.
Singh faced a case of extortion in Thane too.
The IPS officer was discussed from the position of Police Commissioner Mumbai on March 202 after Waze was arrested in the case of SUVs with explosives found near Mukesh Ambani’s South Mumbai Industrialist Anilia ‘and the next Thane Hiran Employers’ death.
Singh was then appointed as the Director General, home bodyguard, followed which he accused the Minister of Home Maharashtra Anil Deshmukh corruption, the last accusation was rejected.
Deshmukh then fell as Minister and the CBI recorded a case against him based on the accusation of Singh.
Singh was last seen in public on April 7, when he appeared before the National Investigation Agency (NIA) here to record a statement in the case of scare the Anti-nitting bomb.
The CBI also recorded his statement in the case of Deshmukh.
He last attended the office on May 4, after he left the health problem, said a senior official.
Singh then looked for an extension of the deadflect claiming he had undergone surgery.
In August he asked for another extension.
On October 20, the police told the Bombay High Court that he “could not be traced”, and therefore they could not continue the previous guarantee not to catch it in the case under the scheduled caste and tribes agreement (prolaptery of cruelty).
HC heard the request submitted by Singh who wanted to eat anxiously in this case, registered with the complaints of harassment submitted by Bhimrao Ghadge Police Inspector.
