New Delhi: Delhi Court on Monday asked the police to file a reply to the fresh bail application Umar Khalid.
Additional session Judge Amitabh took care of the police to submit a reply and register this problem to hear further on September 8 submitted under the part 439 CRPC.
Khalid’s advice attracted a request when a special public prosecutor Amit Prasad, appeared for Delhi police, raised objections about the maintenance of the request submitted under the part 439 CRPC.
Previously, accused of Jahan Ishrat and Khalid Saifi also took a petition of their bail under the 439 CRPC section and then submitted it below the part 437 CRPC.
Lawyers’ student activists Umar Khalid on Friday called the charge sheet submitted by Delhi police on charges of UPA in a larger conspiracy case as the Amazon Prime Show ‘Family Man’ manuscript, has no evidence to support allegations.
Lawyer Khalid, Trideep Pais told the additional session of Judge Amitabh Rawat, that the accusation sheet made a rhetorical allegations against Khalid without facts, and made his client “veteran incitement”.
Pais’s advocate, which debated Plea Bail Khalid, has said that nothing in Khalid’s speech whose incitement.
While reading the part of the charging sheet, Pais showed “The author of the accusation was acting like a script writer from the Amazon Prime Show, Family Man.” He also questioned an inconsistent statement given by witnesses in this matter.
Police Special Cellular Delhi has submitted a charging sheet on various charges including Khalid under the provisions of UPA, under various parts dealing with murder and others from Indian criminal codes, part 3 & 4 prevention of damage to public property certificates, 1984 and parts 25/27 Arm .
In addition to this case, Khalid also faces charges in various cases related to the Problem of Delhi Northeast.
