Ranchi: The Most Judge of the Chief Justice of Surya Kant on Sunday stressed that the discourse of justice in court and their assessment must be understood by the nobles.
He said on the advice of President Ram Nath Kovind, the Supreme Court has taken the initiative in this case with the judgment translated into seven languages.
Judge Kant made the statement while overcoming the valedictory function from the national seminar three days on the ‘Rights of Women’s Rights and Human Rights’ at the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL) here.
He said the President had talked about court language with him in a meeting.
Hakim Kant suggested that if the persecutors present during the audience, the judge can communicate with advocates in the language understood by the client.
“This is one way to bring a system close to ordinary people,” he said.
In women’s rights, he said the constitution had provided various provisions such as Article 14 and Article 25 which protected the rights of religious people including women.
“Along with strong laws, we need collective efforts from the community to lift the position of women,” Justice Kant said.
Speaking on that occasion, Jharkhand High Court Maktice Ravi Ranjan said the Supreme Court was trying to make a court judgment available in several languages.
He said the patriarchal system, which caused the suppression of women’s rights, was under current challenges because of education, trade and trade.
Justice Rajan further said that despite constitutional provisions, crimes against women are increasing and serious thinking about their rights must be given to formulate the steps of improvement.
He also negotiated with the highlights of the speech delivered during a three-day seminar.

Rakesh Sinha, talked about the need to provide excellence to Indian languages in court, college and council to achieve identity independence.
