The Judge Court Judwi passed this order on Monday on the application transferred by One Rani Devi under Section 156 (3) Criminal Procedure Code, the word adviser to Manoj Rai Hans.
He said Devi complained that he and other people, including women, from different villages went to Shukla’s house, the Minister of State for parliamentary affairs, on April 5 for free textbooks and other assistance for school students.
The Minister was angry and in his intention, the women were attacked and humiliated by his supporters, said Hans, adding women’s clothing to be withdrawn.
Devi accused Shukla, his brother Aadya Shukla, was responsible for Ballia Police Kotwali Post Bal Mukund Mishra, 25 supporters of the minister and 25 police personnel for alleged attacks on women.
On April 5, the police have arrested four women and a man for allegedly causing a commotion at the ministerial camp office and “Naklim” with him.
Shukla has claimed the incident “sponsored” and called the female anger from “conspiracy”.
However, the women accused Shukla “crashed into a woman on her head with shoes” and made them thrown out of the place with the help of their supporters.
