Lucknow: The leader of the former BJP Swami Prasad Maurya on Wednesday said he would not return to the Safron camp and indicate joining the Samajwadi Party on Friday.
Maurya, who stopped as a minister on Tuesday, claimed that his resignation from the cabinet had triggered an earthquake in BJP.
Meanwhile, the Sultanpur District Court in the afternoon issued an arrest warrant against him in a seven-year-old case where he was accused of commenting unpleasant comments against Hindu gods.
Asked whether Sanghmitra Maurya, his daughter and a BJP parliament from Badun, will follow his coat, he said he would receive his own phone.
Even though he had not announced joining Akhilesh Yadav, five times Mla from Padrauna in Kushinagar, thanked SP’s head to welcome his decision to get out of the country’s cabinet.
Akhilesh has shared a photo of him with Maurya after the last high voltage resignation from BJP Tuesday.
Asked who else who joined SP with him, Maurya said, “Everything will be clear on January 14”.
Maurya ruled back to BJP even though there was an effort by several leaders to calm her.
“I know many small leaders and big BJP call me but I don’t accept their calls,” he said.
“My decision to stop has triggered an earthquake at BJP.
I begged the leaders for the welfare of Dalit and back but they did not care,” he said.
Maurya’s decision to get out of the BJP cabinet has triggered a series of resignation by BJP Mlaas.
Four Mlash – Roshan Lal Verma, Brijesh Prajapati, Bhagwati Sagar and Vinay Shakya – have announced the exit they followed him.
Maurya – which includes OBC caste known as Maurya, Kushwaha, Saini and Shakya – then repent to Buddhism – has crossed to BJP ahead of the 2017 state election from the party Bahajan Samaj.
Influential non-yadav leaders, Maurya has a support base in many Purvanchal regions.
He said for five years he raised the problem of Dalit, back and who lacked the community, but the party did not give two shouts.
Asked whether Deputy Chairman of the Minister of Keshav Prasad Maurya approached him, Maurya called him “younger brother” but added that he was no less “out of kind” in the party.
Meanwhile, Judge of the MP-MLA Sultanpur Court Yogesh Kumar Yadav remains January 24 as the next hearing date in the 2014 case.
The court has been on January 6, directed Maurya to appear before on January 12 but he did not appear, said the lawyer Anil Tiwari.
