Guwahati: The court in Darrang on Saturday rejected the guarantee of two people, who had been arrested for violence “inciting” during the eviction driving in Sipajhar in Darrang District Assam on September 23, where two people have died.
Assistant Judge Darrang, Mangaldoi, rejected Plea Guarantee Mohammad Chand Mamud, resident of Dhalpur and President of Sanawa Panchayat Village, and Mohammad Asmat Ahmed, Kirakara’s native, who also served as a former president.

“The court observed that there was enough material against the duo captured in the case of a diary, after they were denied guarantees,” said their adviser Rabiul Hussain.
