Gurugram: The city court has directed the police to register at 1pm on Monday, a beginner against the MGF developer in the case of fraud submitted by the main real estate, M3M.
The command of Sunday to the police is the third of the court since December 30.
Judicial Judge Court (first grade) Anil Kumar said it would begin the insulting process for the police if FIR was not submitted in the specified time.
Police Commissioner Gurugram is directed to ensure it is done.
It was on Thursday that the court first directed the police to register fir against the MGF developer.
After two days, he passed another order and asked the Station House Officer City Police Station to appear before Sunday.
Police officers told the court on Sunday that there was a delay in registering fir because of a complainant, M3M, had not mentioned the “scene”.
He then looked for three days to submit FIR.
Advice for MGF also searched for three days to study the previous court order.
However, the lawyer who represented the M3M submitted a copy of the email that had sent the police commissioner with a previous court order requesting the FIR registered.
The judge observed that the email showed that the city police chief had full knowledge of the court order, but FIR was not proposed even after that.
After hearing all parties, the court gave the police time until Monday 1pm to submit pine or face.
“In the case of non-compliance, the insulting process will be initiated by the court without delay.

The court petition was hearing related to land agreements that occurred between two developers in 2016.
According to complaints submitted by M3M, Emaar-MGF had approached them with a total sales offer of 31 hectares in Chome Gurugram Village.
M3M claimed to have paid RS 88 Crore for Land Parcel in November 2016, but knowing in December this year that the same plot has been sold to other companies.
“MGF has committed fraud with us.
We have full confidence in our country’s justice system and police.
We believe that the action will be taken and justice will be delivered,” the news agency PTI quoted the ETTA YADAV, head of M3M law, said.
