Thiruvananthapuram: CPM organizational meeting is moving with the beginning of the branch panel meeting in all districts but Kannur on Wednesday.
The basic organizational committee meeting began in Kannur where the Marxist Party had the highest number of branch panels starting on September 10.
The CPM organization meeting was originally considered in 2020, but was postponed after the outbreak of Covid.
-19 pandemic and emergency that follows.
Kannur has been chosen as a venue for the 23rd party conference CPM.
This party has approached 35,000 branch panels throughout the state.
State leadership has given strict instructions to conduct party conferences by holding the Covid-19 protocol.
The CPM district conference will be held from December 10 to January 30.
CPM CPM Secretary A Vijayaraghavan earlier this month announced the district committee meeting schedule.
The date of the Party Congress has not been announced.
District conference schedule is as follows: Kannur (December 10-12), Ernakulam, Wayanad (14-16 December), Pathanamthitta, Malappuram (December 27-29), Kollam, Palakki (Jan 2.
January), idukki (Jan 4- 6), Kozhikode (January 10-12), Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam (January 14-16), Thrissur, Kasaragod (January 22-23), Alappuzha (Jan 28-30).
The Party Congress in Kannur is expected to redreg multiple political lines and CPM policies and will also underline the stiffness of Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan in the party, especially because the LDF government led by it maintains power in the state, challenging a series of allegations.
The stream of unsatisfied leaders from the Congress Party to CPM was also seen as the work of the party in run-up to the State Conference.
The State Conference should develop a new strategy to keep UDF led by Congress out of power and maintain CPM and left political hegemony and left by supporting the support of all Parivar Anti-Sangh elements in the state.
Due to age-related diseases, V Achuthananandan cannot be part of the party conference, first since the beginning of the party in 1964.
