The crisis at DU, the teacher wants UGC to take over 12 colleges

New Delhi: The future of 12 universities, which is fully funded by the Delhi government, is still uncertain.
Due to delays in salaries and other deviations, UGC was asked to take over this college.
Not only this, the term government council at 28 universities ended this month.
But even after the last date passed, government agencies had not even suggested the names of members.
University teachers once again sunbathed with the Delhi government.
There is a delay in granting to 12 universities that are 100 percent funded by the state government.
The teacher said that the grant was not enough.
They now want UGC to intervene and do justice for students and teachers.

The Delhi teacher union has officially demanded this before UGC, said Ray.
According to Ray, Duta officials have met UGC officials in this matter.

The problem is not limited to these 12 colleges.
The term government agency 28 universities funded by the Delhi government ended on September 13.
The Delhi government has not resolved the names of members of government agencies.
The President of the Teacher Association (DTA) Hansraj Suman has told the Chief Minister of Arvind Kejriwal and Minister of Education Manish Sisodia that if the names of members were sent immediately, then the extension of the regulatory body must be given for three months in special circumstances.
He said that if the 28 government agency universities did not get an extension, the truncated government agency would try to fill backlog posts.
Therefore, the government must write to Du Vice-Chancellor about giving an extension to the state government agency.
Mastery of the 28th government of the Higher Education funded by the Delhi government ended on September 13.
In accordance with the rules of 18 universities, the government’s constitutional process must begin three months before the expiration of government agencies.
Of the 28 colleges funded by the Delhi government, 12 universities were granted 100 percent, 16 left which was given a 5 percent grant from the state government.
