Alwar: A 19-year-old young man gave up on an injury after he was contacted by a horde in the Meanabas Alwar area after his bicycle allegedly hit a girl.
The victim, Yogesh Jatav, was beaten into porridge on the horde after that he was taken to the nearest hospital on Wednesday.
He was referred to the SMS hospital in Jaipur where he gave up on an injury on Sunday.
Family members and villagers protested the death of Jatav and blocked Jalan Alwar-Bharatpur for more than five years because vehicle traffic stopped.
The victim’s father submitted FIR against Rasid, Sajed Pathhan, Mubina and four others.
In accordance with the police, the incident took place on Wednesday when Jatav traveled to his village in Bharatpur.
His bicycle was allegedly hit an eight-year-old child on the road.
Even though he didn’t sustain a big injury, the locals were surrounded by Jatav and attacked him with a stick.
He fell on the ground fainting and transported to the hospital where the doctor found it critical and referred him to Jaipur.
The medical council conducts post-mortem after the body is handed over to the family.
The police said that the two fires had been submitted in this case so far, someone was registered by an eight-year-old family while the others were submitted by Jatav family members.
SP, Tejswani Gautam said that the investigation into this case was handed over to DSP, Laxmanarh, Rajesh Sharma.
He said that the investigation into this case was underway and the defendant would soon be arrested.
Meanwhile, the former BJP MLA Gyandev Ahuja demanded tight action against those who killed Jatav and asked the state government to provide the compensation needed to the family.
