Gurugram: City on Thursday reported 3,031 new Covid-19 cases, the most in one day during the current surge.
The last time more people had tested positive in one day was during the mid-second wave on May 8 last year, when 3,441 cases were recorded.
Gurugram also witnessed a surge in daily peposititives, which rose from 22% to 24% on Thursday.
The city has 15,175 active cases currently and 15,063 patients are in home insulation and 112 in hospitals.
